So you want to eat more healthfully, but really don’t have time to shop for groceries, cook, and clean? Let us do it for you. Your personal chef will prepare delicious meals made from organic, whole foods ingredients. Your personal chef will cook and package a week of meals that will leave you feeling energized and deeply nourished. We are also able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs ranging from vegan, to vegetarian, and low-glycemic. Do you have food allergies? No problem. Your needs can be accommodated as well.

Are you looking for special food for your special event? We are happy to assist. We will provide organic, whole foods dishes that are as healthy as they are beautiful to look at. We can provide food and beverages for groups of various sizes.

Thai Yoga Massage:
This is unique style of massage that combines assisted yoga positions, stretching, and acupressure. Thai yoga massage will increase your metabolism, boost your immune system, and melt away tension and stress.
