During monthly coaching sessions, healthful foods and activities are introduced gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones. As you become more physically fit, other area of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

The Green Doorway’s holistic lifestyle design programs include:

  • One or two monthly 50 minute coaching sessions, including detailed recommendations
  • Monthly group seminars and classes
  • Unlimited e-mail support between classes
  • Food samples and self care products
  • Cooking classes
  • Access to the GDW’s amazing lending library
  • A Health Food Store or Green Market tour
  • Books, magazine subscriptions, and DVDs that support you in reaching your goals
